Summer To Do:

Summer’s in session.

Let’s celebrate the freedom of swim suits, shorts and sleeveless tops, with spiffy talk of swimming.

It’s summer, after all, swimming in the middle of the week isn’t so out of the question.

Keep your hair flowing free and healthy this summer by wetting it down before you dive head first into a pool. This will help your hair absorb less chlorine by filling the hair shaft with clean water helping less of the chemically treated water to get in.

Funny how in some instances summer is freeing-you bust out more skin, less makeup, looser clothes. But in other ways it’s more work-sunscreen, protecting hair, keeping your toes painted, shaving…hmm…summer can be a sneaky little work horse.

Keep the work load on your hair down by getting it wet first. You can do this at the shower some pools have, or even by taking a bottle of water and just giving it a good soak real fast.

You’ll be happy you did when you don’t have green tinted hair to deal with. Unless of course that’s what you’re going for, in which case you’re work free!
