Wouldn't it be great if we had a reset button?
I've thought this more
than once in the past couple weeks, and particularly the other day when I woke
up right when I was supposed to be walking out the door.
What if
there was a certain position we could maneuver our bodies into that would
instantly reboot our brains? I'd vote for it.
While we wait for that to
come about, I've decided to schedule in some "whatever" time. There are so many
things I'd like to do, and other things I'd like to not feel guilty for doing,
that I've decided (I haven't yet settled on a time or day, but I will) to
schedule it in.
I think it's good to just roam the internet for ideas, or
laze around looking at our book collection (which might be a little too specific
for me, so insert your own pastime here) without feeling like we've waisted time
afterwards.
It's like our own little reset button. I think it would help
our brains, our wardrobe decisions (cause you could use the time to experiment)
and our lives if we just "blah'ed" every once in a while.
Maybe we could
even use it to, oh I don't know, perouse our favorite blogs that have great tips
on how to be more confident about ourselves??
