Do bite off as much as your motivation can chew when it comes to working out.
A long work out can be crunched into twenty minutes of intensity. So if you can't bare the thought of working out for an hour-amp up the intensity of a twenty minute work out.
One day this week, I didn't have time for a full hour work out, so I did a high intensity thing for twenty minutes and two days later I'm still walking with a limp because my legs are so sore (why are you telling us this-that sounds incredibly painful-you say?) No, soreness is good! Progress is being made and it only took me 20 minutes to make it.
Do what you can even if it's in a small window of time-you will see results.
